Job Description

  1. Contribute to setting the Human Resources annual objectives of the organization in compliance to the Group's strategic directions and monitor its timely execution.
  2. Cascade Organizational Objectives to all levels and set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to follow up the progress.
  3. Approve the design of HR management and development policies (including recruitment and selection policies/practices, on boarding and orientation, training and development, morale and motivation, culture and attitudinal development, performance management, etc.).
  4. Develop HR policies and procedures manual and monitor its application and compliance.
  5. Consolidate and approve the HR annual budgets and plans prepared by the HR Managers, based on projected operating costs, oversee its expenditure, and assess the HR performance against set budgets.
  6. Approve the annual manpower plan of the business unit and manage the coordination with the concerned departments to identify the selection criteria and the required qualifications.
  7. Analyze performance trends, competencies, and results and present to top management, highlighting the organization's skills inventory level and improvement areas, recommend HR initiatives to fill gaps and follow up on their implementation.
  8. Ensure the efficient execution and unification across the organization of the HR competency-based systems and policies covering recruitment, salary scales, compensation, incentives and benefits, promotions, disciplining, performance management, training, and personnel services based on the business unit’s objectives, government regulations and labor legislation.
  9. Conduct performance appraisals sessions of his direct report in due time.
  10. Approve and follow up on the implementation of training and development plans of the HR team to increase team competence.
  11. Manage the processes of talent acquisition, onboarding, promotion, rewarding, and recognition.
  12. Get market salary survey, manage salary increase process, and ensure that the majority of the employees is within market salary ranges.
  13. Manage the process of conducting, analyzing, and reporting Employees’ Engagement Survey (EES).
  14. Ensure full integration between Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and ERP.

15. Develop, coach, motivate, and assess HR Team to build the required capabilities and competences.

Job Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Regional HR Manager or similar role
  • Understanding of full cycle recruiting
  • Good knowledge of local labor regulations
  • Hands-on experience with payroll systems and Human Resources Management Software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good command of MS Office & Odoo ERP.
  • BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
