The PracticeASPECT Studios is a purpose orientated, design led landscape architecture and urban design practice. With operations across Australia, Asia and the Middle East, our studios believe in the power of design to positively change people’s behaviour and lives, the environment, and the planet.Our Dubai team is the regional base for our Middle Eastern projects. Our office is centrally located and surrounded by other creative studios and spaces. We are a sociable and inclusive team, collaborating with ASPECT Studios across the world including our London, Shanghai, Ho Chi Minh City, and Australian studios.The RoleWe are seeking applications from highly motivated and proactive Studio Managers or Administrators to coordinate the operations of our design studio in Dubai. This full-time position is central to the successful day-to-day operation and governance of the studio and will have a broad and diverse remit – no day will be the same! The Studio Manager will work closely with a range of local and international stakeholders to provide:administrative support to the Regional Studio Director;and management of studio operations;bookkeeping and administration; andhuman resources support.You’ll play an important part in defining and maintaining a positive and inclusive workplace culture, ensuring a consistently positive experience for our people, clients, and collaborators. In this role you’ll gain valuable insight into a successful international design practice, whilst working with global support teams in Finance, Marketing and Human Resources.This role is office based – some flexibility can be provided from time-to-time, however, this position is based in-studio 5 days per week.About YouWe are seeking candidates who are proactive, collaborative, and detail oriented. You’ll be outcome focussed and committed to continuous improvement. Strong office management experience will be critical, and an ability to interact with a diverse variety of stakeholders with confidence, authenticity, and warmth. The position requires excellent administration skills to deliver quality outcomes for the practice, our clients, and collaborators.Ideally, the successful candidate will have experience in project-based organisations, supporting with project administration and billings. Although experience managing/coordinating design or architecture studios will be highly regarded, we welcome candidates from a wide range of backgrounds within construction, engineering, or other multi-disciplinary or international environments.Although not essential, an eye for graphical design and experience using InDesign or similar software will be highly desirable.
