We are seeking a Project Manager to join our international team.

This is a fully remote, full-time position, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8 hours daily.

Our company operates as a full-stack creator agency. We collaborate with top professionals in various industries who have online products or services, helping them to expand their reach. Our work involves a wide range of content production, including podcasts, videos, blogs, newsletters, advertisements, events, retreats, websites, courses, and physical products.

We are particularly interested in a Project Manager who has a strong background in copywriting and design, as many of the responsibilities will involve managing team members in these areas.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership: Lead multiple projects from inception to completion. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, ontime , on budget and exceed quality standards.

Timeline Development: Create detailed timelines that chart the entire project lifecycle, from start to finish. Ensure all critical milestones are clearly defined and deadlines are realistic and adhered to, facilitating timely completions.

Workflow Optimization: Design and refine workflows to enhance resource efficiency across multiple projects.

• Milestone Planning: Establish distinct project milestones and deadlines. Segment projects into phases, each with specified deliverables and timelines, to promote systematic progress toward the ultimate objective.

KPI Development and Monitoring: Formulate specific KPIs for each project to gauge performance at different stages. Use these metrics to evaluate team productivity, project pace, and output quality.

Proactive Risk Management: Identify potential delays or resource shortages early in the project timeline to mitigate risks effectively.

Financial and Strategic Management:

• Manage adherence to budgets and business goals.
• Assist with budgeting and resource planning.
• Support business strategy planning.
• Oversee staff management and performance.

Documentation Oversight: Manage project repositories and documentation to ensure information is accurately maintained and accessible.
