Job Description
- Screen and select Resume to proceed with filling the opportunity
- Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and team members.
- Negotiate job offers and facilitate the hiring process from start to finish.
- Follow up with candidates and clients to ensure a smooth onboarding process and transition.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and healthcare industry trends.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
