Job location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.Position Objectives: Develop project control and reporting procedures and manage changes in the operational plan along with assisting the management in the cost control and schedule management processes specifically in the Smart City or Traffic Security system program domain.Role and Responsibilities: Develop project control and reporting procedures and manage changes in the operational plan.Assist the Program Manager and Project Manager in implementing project-specific cost control and schedule management processes.Prepare and maintain the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), and corresponding budgets, and integrate them with the schedule.Assist the department in preparing WBS, schedules, fee and cost estimates, and resource planning, and provide general support in reviewing and analyzing contracts.Review, monitor, and analyze financial performance, project costs, and other performance parameters.Track actuals against budgets, conduct variance analyses, report project financials, and respond to queries from various project partners on performance issues.Manage and oversee the preparation and issuing of monthly client invoices and monitor accounts receivable.Conduct commercial management of sub-consultants contracts, track progress, review invoices, and manage payments.Assist in monitoring and managing scope and schedule changes and preparing change requests and claims.Assist in risk management on projects and monitor project-specific contingency reserves.Administer contracts, check contract compliance, and prepare and input monthly client reports.Supervise, manage, oversee, and support the Project team and review their respective deliverables.Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor in Business Administration or Information Technology.Minimum of 15 years of professional experience with a focus on Project Control, including at least 7 Years as a Project Control Specialist or in a senior Project Control management role.Proven experience in managing projects related to Smart Cities or Security Projects.Proficiency in a variety of Project Management tools.Strong expertise in schedule management, risk management and change management, financial reporting and cost tracking.Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Data Analysis using Excel, VBA, SQL, and Power BI,Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Power BI for report preparation.Exceptions organization abilities with a demonstrated ability to prioritize effectively and manage timelines.Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
