A well-capitalized multi-asset and financial trading brokerage in Cairo is seeking to hire “ Sales Executive” to join their team.

Location: New Cairo

Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
Work with their customers to provide information on how to invest their money, inform them about a product or service using scripts while making sure they meet all their needs and understanding their requirements.
Take meetings with customers, either in-person or over the phone, to answer questions they have and provide feedback on how their account is performing.
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
Negotiate and handle complaints or objections and close deals.
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information on CRM system.
Manage / update customer’s information in the database.
Go the "extra mile" to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation.
