Job Description

  • Act as the primary point of contact for our key clients, understanding their needs, and addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders in assigned accounts, including decision-makers.
  • Understand the client's business goals and objectives to tailor our strategies to their specific needs effectively.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services, working closely with the Finance and Operations teams to develop and execute effective strategies.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to identify potential risks and opportunities for growth within assigned accounts.
  • Prepare and present reports on key account activities, including sales forecasts, progress updates, and financial analyses, to the management team.
  • Enter the sales orders into the AX system, and subsequently distribute them to all relevant parties.
  • When necessary, generate new projects on the AX system.
  • Generate invoice proposition for every sales transaction
  • Provide crucial sales information and insights to support the pricing strategy for new projects and service offerings.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred Engineering or Business Administration)
  • 2-5 years of sales experience in one of the following industries: Stevedoring , Transportation or Logistics (IS A MUST )
  • have a diploma/degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field would be a plus
  • Have strong track record of success within key account management
  • Have experience in delivering client-focused solutions.
  • Highly goal oriented, assertive and a hands-on problem solver.
  • Possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrate the ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Can analyze and draw inference from data.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools would be a plus
