Job Description
Job Specific Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the prompt and accurate processing and settlement of ATM transactions, NBA, Forex and deposited by members daily.
2. Adhere to corporate standards and procedures in all reconciliation activities.
3. Prepare the reconciliation daily reports including general ledger, ATM, and settlement, check chargeback items review and proof correction ATM.
4. Prepare and settle the daily settlement Transactions "Meeza, Visa and MC" Preparing the monthly settlement balances. "Visa and Master Card" (Handling customer and stuff contacts.)
5. Responsible for ATM inventory and reviews all ATM returns from CIT daily Vs Vault closing balance.
6. Oversees and follows up CIT management including confirming cash loaded as well as research notifications stick holder of ATM shortages or any other issues.
7. Have expert knowledge of understanding ATMs electronic journals and receipts to recap CIT handling reports and DR.
Job Requirements
Education:
Any bachelor’s degree (preferred Accounting or Business Administration degree).
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Languages:
- English: Excellent command of (Speaking, reading, and writing).
- Arabic: Native command of (Speaking, reading, and writing).
