Job Description
- Development, deployment, and maintenance of various software solutions.
- Mentoring, guiding and developing team members’ professional potential.
- Coordinating the tasks and projects which the team members are working on.
- Collaborating with other Team Leads in the team, the department, and the company.
- Lead and mentor developers throw sharing of knowledge.
- Enhance existing applications and software products.
- Provide technical leadership for enterprise software projects based on the latest language.
- Review and analyze business requirements and provide a technical perspective on approach, risk, and estimated development time.
- Develop a flexible and robust platform to support changing business requirements.
- Leverage and generate reusable design standards to be utilized throughout the platform.
- Coding for high-risk/high-complexity areas or establishing patterns for other developers to follow.
- Collaborating with Product Managers/Architects on establishing requirements and overall design.
- Ensuring quality through code reviews and other tools such as peer programming with other team members.
- Research into new tools, techniques, and best practices + facilitating knowledge sharing within the team.
- Perform coding, bug verification, unit testing and integration testing.
- Support enterprise systems and applications.
- Implement software, technical applications and system changes.
- Develop enterprise coding standards and drive process improvements.
- Research, document and troubleshoot related technical problems.
- Develop Enterprise Application Blocks and custom controls.
- Troubleshoot problems in security, remoting, threading, and serialization.
- Validate requirements of the business needs and initiate processes.
- Collaborate with Agile team members to mitigate any technical impediments.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc. in Computer Science.
- Angular.
- HTML / HTML5.
- CSS / CSS3.
- JavaScript [ Core, DOM, BOM].
- jQuery.
- UI Framework.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
