Job Description & Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring the effective and consistent operational performance for the scrum process.
- Act as coaches to the rest of the team and consult with team members and internal stakeholders.
- Work with product owners to handle user stories backlogs and new requests
- Validate the DFs which are candidate for grooming and sprint planning.
- Coordinate standups, grooming, sprint planning, sprint reviews and retrospectives meetings.
- Generate needed reports on DFs under agile process progress and highlight any risks or issues to TPM. Manage to collect needed development and testing efforts from involved parties for parts under agile process.
- Monitor JIRA user stories, API progress and ensure they are up to date.
Job Requirements
- Computer Science/Engineering Degree
- 8 Years (Experience in similar role)
- Agile Methodology(s) : Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Lean Technical Background Worked in Integrated environments and has a strong technical background
- Familiarity with Tools Familiar with Agile/Scrum tools (JIRA) and managing user stories, backlogs, burn down & Velocity charts and tasks & tracking dashboards
- Excellent Teaching and coaching skills, Excellent communication Skills, Facilitator skills, Servant leadership, Flexibility and Persistence, Conflict management, Teamwork
- Fluent in English is a must; preferable to be Arabic speaker
