Zentist, a leading fintech startup in dental insurance and revenue cycle management, seeks a full-time Marketing Director to join our fun and growing team. As a member of the Growth and Marketing Team, you will report directly to the VP of Growth and Ops.
As the Marketing Director on our Growth and Marketing Team, you will be responsible for executing growth and marketing projects and campaigns, delivering measurable results. You will be the go-to team member for marketing automation, tools, zaps, flows, and other necessary setups as required or requested.
What you will be doing:
- Developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth for our B2B SaaS company.
- Creating and implementing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital marketing, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and events.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and overall business goals.
- Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for differentiation.
- Managing and optimizing our digital presence, including website content, SEO, SEM, and online advertising.
- Tracking and analyzing marketing metrics and KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Managing the marketing budget and allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, industry influencers, and strategic partners.
- Leading and mentoring a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
Job Requirements
What We're Looking For:
- Experience establishing processes, systems, and best practices
- Excellent knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Hubspot, Zaps, and marketing automation.
- A proven track record of success in B2B SaaS marketing, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Deep understanding of the SaaS industry's B2B marketing strategies, customer acquisition, and retention tactics.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, analyze market trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in leveraging digital marketing tools and platforms, such as CRM systems, marketing automation, SEO tools, and social media management tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts and ideas.
- Strong leadership abilities, with experience in managing and mentoring a marketing team.
- Proactive and innovative mindset, constantly seeking new ways to drive growth and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
