Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
5-7 years of experience in recruitment, particularly in blue-collar or technical hiring.
Previous experience in facility management or construction industries is preferred.
Proven track record in mass hiring, with the ability to handle a high volume of recruitment activities.
Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, including dealing with suppliers and sourcing agencies.
Excellent interviewing and assessment skills to evaluate technical competencies and qualifications.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
