Job Description
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Act as the central point of contact for all project-related communications within the company.
- Coordinate activities across departments including finance, technical office, production, planning, and installations.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Proactively address issues as they arise, escalating to relevant departments and management when necessary.
- Provide regular updates to the Supply Chain Manager and General Manager on project status, key milestones, and challenges.
- Facilitate effective communication between project team members, stakeholders, and management.
- Work closely with the finance department to monitor project budgets and expenditures.
- Ensure accurate billing, invoicing, and collection processes are in place at various stages of the project.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as a project manager, preferably in a manufacturing or construction environment.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles and processes.
