Job Description
•Estimate and prepare the bill of quantities for comprehensive Low Current & Security Systems for residential business, commercial & industrial clients, etc
•Provide technical support and application design of Low Current & Security Systems, services & solutions, and support sales representatives in the field or meeting
•Check design compatibility/fitness of proposal for Low Current & Security Systems.
•Prepare tender / technical submittals as per consultant requirement and specification.
•Contact vendor and manufacturer and follow up on requested quotes, designs and pricing options
•Understand customers’ diverse, specific business needs and offering solutions proposals to meet those needs.
•Catching new suppliers and vendors and creating relationships with them.
•Attends courses, seminars, reads online to increase his/her technical knowledge regularly.
•Site surveys are conducted by the project/Engineering department.
•Develops standard financial proposals
Job Requirements
•Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communications or Electrical Engineering.
•Excellent English communication is a must.
•Working knowledge of the design of low current systems such as CCTV, and Access control, etc
•Very good knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, PA and other light-current systems.
•very high communication and leadership skills.
•Very good knowledge of using AutoCAD and Word & Excel, etc.
•Excellent Communication, Presentation & Negotiations skills
