Job Description
- Create and implement visually appealing store displays and layouts that highlight the company's products and promotions.
- Ensure that all visual merchandising activities align with the company's brand guidelines and standards.
- Lead and oversee a team of visual merchandisers, providing guidance, training, and feedback to ensure consistent execution of visual merchandising strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop and execute effective visual merchandising concepts and strategies that drive sales and enhance the customer experience.
- Maintain awareness of industry trends and best practices in visual merchandising, and apply this knowledge to continually improve the company's visual merchandising efforts.
- Monitor and analyze the impact of visual merchandising efforts on sales and customer engagement, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Design, or a related field.
- 1:2 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in a retail industry.:
- Demonstrated creativity and ability to conceptualize and execute visually appealing displays and layouts.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
