About the job:
We’re looking for a full-time “Cluster Manager” to manage & oversee revenue generation from an assigned retail format.
Key responsibilities include:
- Implementing and executing strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Managing the format ecosystem and ensuring key success factors.
- Overseeing sales activities in a designated geographical region.
- Driving revenue growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.
In this role, you will:
- Initialize and implement annual sales plans based on format and gross-profit standards.
- Collaborate on marketing strategies to boost sales at regional and local levels.
- Monitor sales volume, keeping retail prices current with market trends.
- Create sales goals by predicting appropriate figures for various areas and products.
- Work with the Regional Sales Team to implement successful sales programs.
- Manage retail prices based on costs, competition, and market factors.
- Collaborate with supportive functions to develop marketing programs and promotions.
- Identify visual merchandising and assortment sets based on sales performance.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Over 12 years of proven retail industry exposure with extensive retail sales management experience.
- Significant experience in a retail environment with excellent mathematical and statistical knowledge.
- Financial background and understanding of financial statements.
- Ability to work across key channels (retail, wholesale, online) and business functions.
- Strong leadership skills to motivate and inspire teams for high performance.
- Very good to excellent English proficiency (both written and spoken).
- The ability to execute tasks quickly and effectively.
