Job Description
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Address customers inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service in a timely manner.
- Ability to multi task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Ability to hand over units and meet all Customer’s inquires at time of hand over.
- Refer unresolved issues to designated departments.
- Create and update the required reports .
- Update the CRM system with all needed data continuously.
- Communicate with the technical office regarding the modifications of the customers.
- Go on site visits when needed with customers to update them about the status of their units.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- From 3 to 5 years experience in real estate development companies at customer service .
- Be a good communicator, team work player, great organizational skills ,good planner .
