Job Description

  • Consolidate and analyze financial data (budgets, Verses Actual In All Module AP &AR & Expenses & Inventory ) taking into account company’s goals and financial standing.
  • Provide creative alternatives and recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial performance.
  • Assemble and summarize data to structure sophisticated reports on financial status and risks.
  • Develop financial models, conduct benchmarking, and process analysis.
  • Conduct business studies on past, future, and comparative performance and develop forecast models.
  • Track and determine financial status by analyzing actual results in comparison with forecasts. 
  • Reconcile transactions by comparing and correcting data.
  • Drive process improvement and policy development initiatives that impact the function.
  • through the tasks of an internal auditor, problems are identified, and work is done to address them, before they reach the stage of external audit that may be carried out by Through external regulatory agencies or companies, 
  • Ensure after the review that there are no errors in the transactions that were entered and posted, whether they had a significant impact or not, to the financial accounts.
  • Preparing specialized documents and reports related to the results of internal audit work to discuss them and provide recommendations for taking corrective measures and introducing the necessary improvements, and displaying, clarifying, and storing them in its database in accordance with the approved policies and procedures.
  • Analyzing the various information, data, and outputs related to the entity to ensure its implementation of the systems, regulations, instructions, and financial procedures, and informing management in the event of noticing any defect in the applications.
  • Providing data and managing logistics services to external auditors, responding to their inquiries, and providing evidence to substantiate accounts as needed.
  • Evaluating compliance with institutional procedures and policies and evaluating various processes related to risk management and other processes within internal audit work.

Job Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience.
  • Very Good in English.
  • Proficient in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office.
  • Hands on experience with statistical analysis and statistical packages
  • Outstanding presentation, reporting and communication skills
  • Proven knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance and information analysis
  • Well informed in current (financial subjects, accounting, tax laws, …).
