Job Description
- Audit quality control plans for construction projects, collaborating with project managers, and engineers, to ensure alignment with project specifications.
- Cary out inspection and checking for all quality-related procedures in the site and ensuring activity at the site is as per the approved method statement.
- Assuring that the work is performed as required by the contract scope and meets or exceeds the required qualities.
- Review quality documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and records, to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Prepare audit reports summarizing findings, observations, and recommendations.
- Prepare a method statement for project BOQ. (Methodology)
- Create hold points for works checklists.
- ISO 9002/4002, LEED knowledge is recommended.
Job Requirements
- +7 years of experience in the quality control and construction industry is a must.
- Bachelor’s degree in civil/Arch engineering, Construction Manager, or a related field.
- Good attention to detail, organizational skills, and interpersonal and communication skills are required.
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills are required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint) & CAD.
- Proficiency in English is a must.
