Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper/Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to your career as well as to the financial health of our clients while working closely with them.

Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including processing invoices, payments, and receipts on time.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries, tax filing, and account reconciliations.
- Maintain and update financial records using accounting software and other tools as needed.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities to support financial planning and decision-making.

- Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial information and support as needed.
- Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance with Tax rules and accounting standards.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience working in bookkeeping or accounting roles.
- Proficiency in MOS software especially in Excel Functions and formulas.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
