Job Description
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will act as the first point of contact for our clients, embodying our core value of outstanding assistance. You will manage a variety of communication channels including live chats, emails, support tickets, and phone calls. Your role is crucial in ensuring that each client interaction is handled with empathy, efficiency, and effectiveness. This position is perfect for those who are versatile and ready to take on multiple roles within the team, extending their impact beyond traditional customer support tasks.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the initial point of contact for client inquiries through live chat, email, tickets, and phone calls.
- Provide empathetic, efficient, and effective solutions to client issues.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and team performance.
- Take on additional tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to help the team succeed.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our services, including digital marketing, e-commerce, and digital financial platforms like Stripe and PayPal.
Working conditions:
- 2 Days off per week.
- 9 working hours including 1-hour Break.
- Fully remote.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service, support, or a similar role.
- English level C1.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a genuine desire to help others.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic startup environment and wear multiple hats.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when required.
- Interest or background in e-commerce and related digital financial services such as Stripe is a plus.
