Talent Acquisition Coordinator (UAE National)

What's the Role?The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is part of the Middle East, Turkey & Africa (META) Talent Acquisition team and contributes to our global vision as an employer of choice. Within the end-to-end recruitment process, you will work in close partnership with the hiring managers and local HR teams from the moment you receive a request to recruit. You will perform necessary tasks using our HR and Recruitment platforms; source, screen and interview candidates; and organize stakeholder interviews, all the while offering a best-in-class candidate experience.In this role you will support the regional Talent Acquisition team in managing referrals andexternal talent pools, through our dedicated Talent Pool System, and build a pipeline ofcandidates for future recruitment needs, you will also support where needed with internal talent pools with the organization of local assessment centres and internal interviews.Additionally, as part of this role you’ll support your markets in attracting local talent through university partnerships to develop and maintain relationships with target schools to support your market on all topics related to university recruiting.We are proud to have a long-term bonding with our employees: More than 30% of our employees have been part of the Hilti family for over 10 years.What do we offer?
