Responsibilities:Lead Generation: Identify and cultivate new leads across diverse channels, tailored to the DeFi and finance landscape.Market Research: Monitor market trends and competitive landscapes to identify new opportunities and threats.Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key DeFi ecosystem partners for collaborations and business growth.Client Onboarding and Account Management: Ensure seamless onboarding of new clients and effective ongoing account management in collaboration with internal teams.CRM Maintenance: Diligently update CRM systems with accurate data on leads and client interactions.Playbooks and Sales Motion Development: Contribute to the creation and refinement of sales playbooks and strategies.Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular insights and recommendations based on lead generation activities and market research.Experience and Desired Profile:5+ years of sales and business development experience in Financial Services and/or Digital Assets.Ability to learn and adapt to fast-moving trends within tokenization.Comfortable working independently and in a fast-paced startup environment.Passionate about shaping the future of RWA.Familiarity with the crypto/blockchain industry/DeFi.Bachelor's degree in finance, business, marketing, or related field (preferred).Experience in traditional finance, management consulting, or investment banking (preferred).Deep knowledge of crypto/DeFi and experience in SaaS, Crypto, or Finance sales (preferred).Track record of achieving sales targets and brand awareness.Previous startup experience and active engagement in the DeFi community are pluses.
