Job Title: Director of Room Division - Luxury hotel group: villasCompanyCØMPΛNIUM Hospitality is looking for a Director of Room Division on behalf of a client, a luxury hotel group in Dubai - UAEContract Details: Full time, permanentRequirementsPlease apply to the position only if:You have a solid experience in Room Division as Director or Assistant Director of RoomsYou have an experience with luxury / ultra luxury hotel groupOverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Room Division to join the team of our client. As the Director of Rooms, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of all rooms divisions, including front office, housekeeping, and guest services. You will work closely with the Hotel Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the hotel and to maintain the highest standards of guest satisfaction.Location The location is Dubai - UAEKey ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement strategic plans and policies for the rooms division to achieve the company's goals and objectivesOversee the day-to-day operations of the front office, housekeeping, and guest services departmentsMonitor and analyze guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance the guest experienceDevelop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including guests, vendors, and team membersManage and monitor room inventory and rates to maximize revenue and occupancyCreate and maintain department budgets and financial reportsTrain, mentor, and supervise team members to ensure high levels of performance and guest satisfactionEnsure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and standardsConduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are metCollaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and occupancyStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the hotel's operations and servicesReporting You will report to the Hotel ManagerQualificationsBachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel or resortStrong leadership and communication skillsProven track record of successfully managing a rooms division and achieving financial targetsExcellent problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesAbility to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyProficient in Microsoft Office and hotel management softwareFlexible schedule, including weekends and holidaysThe ideal candidate would ...Lead by example, inspiring and motivating the team, encouraging them to make decisions based on the brand values.Be passionate for the jobBe autonomous, with a strong attention to details and empathy Strive for excellence Go the extra-mile to provide a high-quality service in line with the standards of the Group.Package Basic salary + bonus
