Job Description
•Coordinating appointments and meetings and managing staff calendars and schedules.
•Greeting visitors, answering incoming phone calls.
•Take minutes of meeting and prepare reports , ensure accurate and timely reporting
•Ensuring that all administrative and clerical tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
•implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems.

Job Requirements
- •Bachelor Degree .
- •3-5 years relevant experience in Office Management.
- •Advanced Microsoft office ( Excel- Word- PowerPoint )
