Job Description
- Developing and implementing spare parts planning strategies, forecasting for home appliances.
- Ensuring that spare parts are available for customers when needed and managing inventory levels.
- Collaborating with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure timely delivery of spare parts.
- Developing and managing relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effective spare parts.
- Analyzing data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements.
- Working with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues related to spare parts.
- Developing and managing budgets for spare parts inventory.
- Providing technical support to customers and service technicians on spare parts.
- Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to spare parts.
- Familiar with KPI standards “Order fulfillment time, Inventory turn over, Cost of good sold (COGS), Return rate, Forecast accuracy & Part fill ratio”
Job Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
- experience in spare parts planning for home appliances.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Good presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.
- Very good in English.
