Job Description

• Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding.

• Creating a recruitment plan and calendar according to operation and sales projections

• Partner with the management to develop training materials and performance management

programs.

• Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution.

• Ensure the organization’s compliance with Country regulations.

• Use performance management methods to provide guidance and feedback to team.

• Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently.

• Handles the monthly Payroll, overtime, deductions, and medical insurance.

• Coordinate and follow up with Management and department heads to make sure all employees

are abiding with company standards, HR Policies, and departments KPIs.

• Maintain company organization charts and employee directory.

• Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives

• Conduct performance and salary reviews.

• Analyze trends in compensation and benefits.

• Design and implement employee retention strategies.

• Generating official internal documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, salary slips and

warning letters.

• Creating onboarding plans and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal

procedures and regulations.

• Arrange training sessions for new starters and refresher sessions with existing employees.

• Maintaining physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits and

attendance records.

• Creating employee engagement plans, getting necessary budget approval and initiating team

building activities.

• Evaluating employee performance and appraising their pay scale accordingly.

• Coordinate with the management to take appropriate disciplinary action against employees who

violate rules and regulations.

 

Job Requirements

 

  •  Proven work experience as an HR business partner
  •  Excellent people management skills
  •  Analytical and goal oriented
  •  Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
  •  Thorough knowledge of labor legislation
  •  Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices
  •  BS degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in HR.
  • Tourism Background is a plus.
