Job Description
- Provide day to day support to HRO team in areas on compensation, personnel, benefits, HRIS and compliance activities.
- Review the monthly Payroll Results, Bank Files & Reports for each client before submission to ensure the quality and accuracy of the deliverables
- Prepare the consolidation sheet for each report and analyze the variances if any.
- Maintains the deliverable tool and updates it, with the actual delivery time and justifies the reasons in case of gaps
- Monitor all opening tickets and ensure of solving and closing it on time.
- Enhance HRO team to achieve the quarterly objectives defined by management
- Participate with the HRO Manager in lunching the new Projects in the setup and Implementation phases.
- Coaching HRO team and guide them in order to improve their skills and achieve the required goals.
- Gives advice to the clients on disciplinary and grievance matters in accordance with labor law
- Develop and maintain a system to ensure that staff files are kept up-to-date
- Apply employment laws, rules, policies, procedures and best practices.
- Understands compliance and interprets HR policies and procedures within the context of best practices and applicable legal and regulatory standards
- Ensure delivering the Year end reports for clients and yearly tax reconciliations.
- Performs any other duties or any tasks assigned to him by management.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Commerce, Accounting. English section.
- Minimum 9-11 year experience in HR.
- Must have excellent MS Excel skills.
Competencies:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Requires the ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence and policy documents, as well as converse comfortably with customers.
- Hard Worker & team work player.
- Very good command of English Language.
