Job Description

We are looking for an experienced district manager to lead the Delta sales team and manage all elements of the sales cycle in his area to reach the business's profit and sales goals by identifying opportunities within the sales territory and increasing revenue. 

  • Implement Sales strategies defined by the Sales Manager and achieve Sales targets by managing the assigned territory.
  • Establish new business opportunities by building solid partnerships and sustaining relationships with new and existing clients and business partners.
  • Assist in developing marketing campaigns designed to expand brand awareness and highlight the benefits of company products and services.
  • Generate ideas for customers to enhance and customize sales procedures.
  • Define indirect sales territories (geographical, itineraries route to market), and sales and coverage targets to maximize distribution control in the designated area.
  • Provide regular feedback to the Sales Manager on company marketing and product development needs, pricing and offer recommendations, competitors' sales activities, and consumer needs.
  • Evaluate the Sales team's performance, define their goals and KPIs, and point out their key strengths and areas of improvement.
  • Develop sales reports reflecting the team's achievements towards the strategic plans.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Veterinary, or Science.
  • Minimum of 1 year of proven experience as a district manager in the Pediatric and Dermatology sectors.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and management skills.
  • Experience in sales negotiation and providing solutions based on customer needs.
  • High leadership capabilities and a proven record in managing people's performance.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Flexible personality, adaptable to changing circumstances, and working well in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent written and spoken English language skills.
  • Customer-oriented and proactive personality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint).
