Job Description
- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the company's market presence in Arabic-speaking regions.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and competition within the target market.
- Lead negotiations, presentations, and pitches to secure partnerships, contracts, and sales agreements.
- Monitor and evaluate market performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage budgets for business development activities.
- Forecast revenue and expenses, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Mentor and lead a team of Business Development Associates, providing guidance and support to achieve targets.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with at least experience in a managerial or leadership role.
- Fluent in Arabic (both verbal and written) with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Arabic language is must.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams toward achieving goals.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of market analysis, business trends, and customer behaviors.
- Proficiency in CRM software, sales tracking tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
