Invest your talents in us, and we’ll return the compliment.Job DescriptionEssential Duties & ResponsibilitiesLocalise and execute the marketing plan for the Middle East & Africa based on the EMEA Marketing strategy and plan.Drive demand generation in the region, both offline and online.Optimise and measure the success of the different activities and initiatives.Report on the impact of leads, opportunities, cost per lead, cost per opportunity and the overall return on marketing investment.Personal AttributesAbility to work productively within a virtual team environment as well as independently.Is flexible and adaptable in approach.Ability to build strong working relationships, especially the local sales team.Ability to collaborate across functions and regions within a multicultural environment.Initiative-taking, flexible, quick to adjust, and focused on execution and results.SkillsFluency in English and Arabic and preferably Turkish (written & spoken). Good understanding of the right and most effective marketing mix and channels in the Middle East & Africa, including events, conferences, email, web, social media, search, and display.Events and conferences management.Digital savviness in terms of executing local campaigns over different tools and channels.Experience with CRM (e.g. salesforce), marketing, and social media tools is an advantage (e.g. Pardot, LinkedIn and Sitefinity).Persuasive communication and people skills - written and verbal.Propensity to respond to deadlines ahead of schedule.Meticulous and analytical with strong planning skills.Strong organisational skills. Experience collaborating with external partners and suppliers.Ability to demonstrate a high degree of confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism.PC proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint).QualificationsA bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, communications, business or related fields is desirable.A master’s degree in marketing or related fields is an advantage.Knowledge & ExperienceMinimum 3-5 years experience in marketing, preferably in a similar position and within a global organisation.Basic knowledge of B2B marketing.Previous experience in a technology SaaS company would be a great advantage, ideally in the financial services/legal sectors.Candidates must have full eligibility to work in the UK or UAE without any restrictions.Important Note to Agencies: Datasite will not accept unsolicited CVs and candidacies and will not be held responsible for paying any fees as a result of those submissions without prior agreement.
