Job Description

  • Strategic Vision and Leadership: Define, communicate and execute Bluebell's strategic vision, market analysis, and growth facilitation objectives to all stakeholders.
  • Financial Oversight: Oversee the company's financial activities and lead efforts to enhance financial performance, profitability and cost management
  • Investment and Expansion: Identify and evaluate investment opportunities and oversee product and market expansion initiatives.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness, drive improvement initiatives, and maintain performance metrics.
  • Innovation and Culture Development: Foster a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous improvement within the company.
  • Transformation and Change Management: Lead business transformation efforts to adapt to market changes and ensure the company's long-term success and growth.
  • Quality and Compliance: Uphold operational integrity with a focus on quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and governance.
  • Stakeholder Relations: Engage with stakeholders, represent the company in the industry, and develop customer-centric strategies.
  • Organizational Leadership: Foster a culture of leadership development, mentorship, accountability and talent retention and renewal to build a high performing and motivated team while promoting servant leadership mindset.

 

Job Requirements

  • Education: BSc/BA in Business or relevant field higher preferably in Business or Finance; MSc/MA is a MUST
  • Experience: Minimum 15 years experience in leadership experience preferably from Pharmaceutical / Cosmetics background
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
  • Problem-solving aptitude.
  • Knowledge & Skills: 
  1. Strong knowledge of profit and loss, balance sheet and cashflow management, general finance and budgeting
  2. Demonstrate strategic execution mastery excelling in both high-level strategic thinking and hands-on implementation and ensure that strategies are effectively executed for tangible results.
  3. Demonstrate ability to leas through change and uncertainty.
  4. Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
  5. Excellent stakeholder management and alignment skills
  6. Commitment to upholding the company’s values and ethical standards.
  7. Ability to inspire confidence, create trust, and motivate employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
