Role Description:
This is a full-time remote role for a Growth Marketer focused on mobile apps. As a Growth Marketer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth for our mobile app. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns, analyze performance data, and optimize marketing channels. Your role will also involve conducting market research, identifying consumer trends, and implementing data-driven marketing strategies to maximize user engagement and drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and conversion for our mobile app.
- Utilize mobile app analytics tools such as Adjust and Clevertap to track and measure the performance of user acquisition campaigns.
- Optimize events and conversion tracking within mobile apps to understand user behavior and enhance campaign targeting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and analytics, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Manage end-to-end mobile app campaigns, including budget allocation, creative optimization, and performance analysis.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of user data to uncover key insights and opportunities for enhancement.
- Implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques to continuously enhance campaign performance.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to the team on campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with external partners, agencies, and platforms to maximize the impact of marketing initiatives.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of mobile app marketing channels, including paid advertising, email marketing, social media marketing, ASO, SEO, and Content marketing.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in growth marketing and performance marketing, preferably in the mobile app industry.
- Familiarity with analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Appsflyer, or Adjust, to track and analyze user behavior and campaign performance.
- Proficiency in data analysis and A/B testing to optimize marketing campaigns and drive user engagement.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Creativity and problem-solving skills to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
- Understanding of user psychology and consumer behavior to develop targeted marketing strategies.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic working environment.
- Experience in the parenting or baby care industry is a plus.
