Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Medical and Product Education to the product specialists and the sales force:
- Conduct all medical and product training to the product specialists including induction training and refreshment training.
- Responsible for the medical and product validation tests for the product specialists and sales force.
- Deliver medical and product training to the sales team along with the product specialist and the sales managers.
- Have a clear plan for the needed international trainings whether inside or outside Egypt and co-ordinate with the sales managers for the training need analysis of the Sales force team.
- Review and consolidate all the Gathered needed data about the competitors and ensure their delivery to the Sales Force team (competitors’ knowledge)
- Branding and positioning:
- Marketing strategies for each quarter:
- Analyzing market data including potentiality, competition, surgeons’ habits & needs.
- Decide on the focus products for each quarter with a clear sales call flow indicating features and benefits with the product specialist and sales managers.
- Ensuring the proper implementation of the segmentation to ensure proper coverage for the surgeons.
- Planning and executing the Annual Marketing plans.
- Finalizing the annual marketing plans with the sales managers and reviewing them quarterly for any updates
- Ensuring the proper implementation of all events in it along with the marketing team including the National & International events, one day workshops, Cadaveric workshops, Symposiums, etc.
- Managing marketing projects & activities all over Egypt
- Marketing strategies for each quarter:
- Social media management:
- Ensuring the proper implementation of social media campaigns & presence of the product on different digital platforms
- Ensuring the alignment of all campaigns on all social media channels
- Creating digital campaigns for the product
- Managing the product website with all its needed
- Budget control:
- Monitoring all the monthly marketing expenses of each business unit
- Monitoring the ROI of each event and expenses
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in medicine, veterinary, pharmacy.
- At least 3-5 years of extensive sales / marketing experience in the medical industry.
- Marketing diploma is preferrable
- Proven working experience as Brand Manager or Associate Brand Manager
- Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives
- Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns
- Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
- Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind
- Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers
- Outstanding communication skills
- Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices.
