Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the full project lifecycle, from initial concept to final delivery, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients and stakeholders to gather project requirements and define project scope.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets based on project requirements.
- Coordinate with development teams, including developers, artists, designers, and QA testers, to ensure that project tasks are assigned and completed according to schedule.
- Conduct regular project meetings to review progress, identify issues, and resolve any conflicts or obstacles that may arise.
- Track project milestones and deliverables and provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status.
- Manage project risks and dependencies and implement mitigation strategies as needed.
- Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members and foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Familiarity with software lifecycle processes and methodologies.
- Proven experience in project management.
- Strong understanding of Unity Game Engine and C# programming language.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies is preferred.
- PMP or other project management certification is a plus.
- Passion for virtual reality technology and a desire to push the boundaries of what is possible in VR experiences.
