Job Description
- Facilities management &building Maintenance Operation and maintenance of MEK stores all over Egypt including “ electrical - mechanical-furniture Lead a team of technicians to fulfill the assigned responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the work of contractors.
- Coordinating multiple projects to meet deadlines and project plan.
- Generate and present regular reports and reviews of facility-related budgets, finances, contracts, expenditures, and purchases.
- Define project requirements and translate employees needs into rough plans
- Set costs and project fees according to budget
- Research and decide on materials and products sourcing
- Work closely with designers, decorators, architects and constructors
- Attend tenders for technical analysis and contract analysis
Job Requirements
- From 3-5 years of work experience in civil / Architecture field.
- Have experience in dealing with problems in the construction site.
- Proficient in Auto CAD, Revit and MS Office.
- Bachelor's degree in civil/Architecture Engineering
- Be team-oriented and have a positive attitude
