Job Description
- Develop and strengthen monitoring, inspection, and evaluation procedures for microfinance and donor-funded projects
to track progress, assess impact, and optimize project outcomes - Monitor all project activities, especially those funded by donors to track progress and ensure alignment with project
objectives, outputs - Recommend further improvement of the logical framework to facilitate further improvement in project planning,
implementation, and evaluation - Develop monitoring and impact indicators for the project objectives enabling comprehensive assessment of progress
and outcomes in line with project goals and requirements - Provide insights and feedback to the Project Manager regarding project strategies and activities, facilitating informed
decision-making and continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle - Conduct capacity assessments on existing monitoring and evaluation systems, evaluating their effectiveness and
identifying areas for enhancement to ensure robust data collection and analysis procedures - Provide input and update project documentation, ensuring donor compliance to maintain compliance and transparency
throughout project implementation - Gather, analyze, and report data on project outcomes to promote transparency and guide strategic decision-making
processes
Job Requirements
- Proficient English for report writing and also proficient in Arabic writing to communicate with different Microfinance
internal stakeholders’ Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills - Forward Thinking

- Strong analytical skills and knowledge of statistical packages
- Experience in data collection, analysis, and report writing
- 3-4 years in monitoring and evaluation, particularly in microfinance and donor-funded projects
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Public Policy, or a related field
